Titanic

 

After a very challenging month, things have finally begun to turn around. I had a fantastic weekend. The beautiful summer weather and sunshine reenergized me. I now feel unstoppable. I feel as powerful as can be, ready to take on the world. Dare I say it, I feel unsinkable!

Today, I'm sharing this drawing with you for many reasons. I drew this tribute to the "unsinkable" Titanic because I was obsessed with the shipwreck when I was young. As an older and (hopefully) wiser person though, I know that while I may feel unsinkable right now, like the Titanic, I could get sunk. Because no matter how well we prepare ourselves for life, there are always surprises, or icebergs, around corners that we can't predict. And yet, we must go on.
